Our stay at the hotel was quite varied. While the food was excellent and the staff were friendly and attentive, we experienced a couple of setbacks with the rooms and some amenities, including the pool not being at the expected temperature. Overall, it had moments of brilliance, but certain aspects could definitely benefit from improvement.
