unsupportive mattressextra water charge
the hotel was clean, but the mattress in my room was not good. it had a noticeable dip in the center, and i experienced some back pain as a result. i think hotels should offer different mattress options to suit different preferences. also, i was surprised i had to pay for bottled water with my meals at dinner.
